Eric See-To is the Founder and CEO of Arahe Solutions. His main role is to spearhead the vision and strategic planning of Arahe. He also oversees the implementation of all financial and business strategies as well as opportunities that drive growth and profit for the company.

Eric started his career as a Management Consultant for Price Waterhouse Associates in 1995 and along the way ended up being a highly-skilled and much sought after salesman in CyberTouch Sdn Bhd.

Eric was previously the General Manager for eBusiness in SESDAQ listed PKTECH - the financial services sector IT specialist systems integrator and also founded and operated PKTECH's eBusiness consultancy subsidiary ePeopleAsia.

Kirchman is the brain behind Arahe’s technology. He is a technical visionary who brings more than eighteen years of professional experience in systems development, operations, strategic planning, and customer service within the software services industry.

Prior to OptiView, Kirchman was a Senior Systems Engineer for Interactive Voice Response Systems at Coopers & Lybrand, leading system architecture and API development. Prior to Coopers & Lybrand, Kirchman was a member of the technical staff at AT&T Bell Labs, developing the distributed order tracking system for branch office sales. He also directed performance and stress testing for the AT&T Starlan network.

Kirchman was also a systems programmer on the PLATO education computer system. While working on the PLATO system in 1983, Kirchman developed numerous server-based multi-user applications.

Kirchman earned a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois. Kirchman's creativity and enthusiasm for technology has propelled him to become a respected 'inventor' and an expert in the area of content optimization.

Thierry is an IT/Internet technology professional with eleven years working experience in France, South East Asia and the US, in the fields of software development and architecture, management of IT professionals and pre-sales of IT solutions. He oversees the Rich Internet Application (RIA) solutions for enterprise customers.

In CypherEdge, he was Vice President for Engineering and in-charged of the engineering department, composed of teams in Seattle, USA and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He developed the roadmaps and release plans for the company products, jumped start and head the R&D center in Kuala Lumpur.

As Vice president for Technology of NexusEdge, Thierry was responsible for the technology directions and was involved in defining the architecture and roadmap of Façado. His responsibilities also include leading the evangelization and awareness program for the X-internet. Thierry is one of the initial architects of Façado and the co-writer for the 2 patents that form the core of Façado.

Before NexusEdge, Thierry was one of the Java consultants that formed the regional Java Resource Center in KRDL (Kent Ridge Digital Lab), Singapore, which he joined in 1999 as SUN Microsystems' assigned technical consultant.

Prior to KRDL, he was with Cap Gemini France as a development engineer and then as project manager; his work there included the development of a tool to undertake electrical network simulations for the French power supply company using technologies such as C++, Oracle and Windows NT4.

Before that, he was with Matra Systems & Information, developing database management modules for the command center of the French Navy using C++, Ingres and Solaris. He has a Master of Computer Science – SUPELEC (France).

Alvin has over ten years of experience and expertise in the IT sector. As the Business Development Director of Arahe, he is in charge of development for web acceleration products and web business applications.

Before joining Arahe, he was the Lead Presales Consultant, for Xynapse (M) Sdn Bhd where he co-invented and architected the Identity Management Solution and Sun Java System solution. Through his years of his service at Xynapse, he has contributed dedicatedly to that organization by supporting partners in the following projects: Telekom Malaysia, Sarawak State Government, MITI, MaCGDI, PDRM, MOHR and etc. He has also been assigned to Beijing, assisting in building up the local presales team.

Before Xynapse, he was the Solution Architect for Netcel360. He was a specialist in infrastructure architecting for web application, Identity Management solution, Sun Java System and large scale messaging solution.

Alvin holds an MSc in Information Technology in Business from Lincoln University, UK. Certified Novell IDM presales - Asia Pacific Partner Development Academy (Identity Management).

Leslie has over eleven years of experience in the area of Information Technology. As the consultant of Arahe, he involves in Java Enterprise solutioning, development for web business applications and day to day company operation.

Prior to joining Arahe, Leslie was the Pre-Sales Manager and then as Director, Rich Solution, for NexusEdge Technologies where he co-invented and architected the X-Internet Technology called Façado. Façado has won Leslie the prestigious Singapore Tan Kah Kee Young Inventor’s Silver Award 2001. He is also co-written a patent on “Method for exchange of data and user interface components” that is now on pending.

Before NexusEdge, he was the Java Consultant for Regional Java Resource Centre (JRC) in Kent Ridge Digital Labs (KRDL). During his time in KRDL, he took part in Java projects involving technologies such as J2EE and J2ME for large accounts throughout the South-East Asian region. He was working on Java enterprise solutions and specialized in Java-enabled devices. He had done a couple devices projects with Ministry of Education and Ericsson CyberLabs in Singapore.

Leslie graduated with a Master of Applied Science in Information Technology and Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Victoria, Australia. He also holds a Graduate Certificate specialize in Software Engineering from RMIT.

Zhai has over ten years of experience in IT marketing and Technology. As the General manager of Arahe Chengdu, he is in charge of Business Development and administrative management. He also oversees the pre and post-sales, deployment of Arahe's flagship web acceleration products and solution to Arahe's clients and partners.

Prior of Arahe Chengdu, he was the Senior Manager for Sage Information Co.,Ltd - a high technology corporation for five years.

He graduated from Dept. of Automation, Institute of Technology at B.E. Sichuan University, China.
